Send what happened, what you expected instead, your app version, and your iPhone model. Please don't include journal words unless you deliberately want us to read them.

The entry is saved before the reflection is requested. Open it from The Log; if Retry is offered, use it that same day. Nothing silently sends on a later day.
Speaking isn't available
The iPhone app uses private on-device speech recognition only. If iOS can't provide it, writing remains available and your audio is never sent somewhere else for transcription.
A purchase is missing
In the app, open You → Help & Legal → Restore Purchases. You can also manage an active subscription there without deleting any journal entries.
